Having been shaped by the iconic sounds of the 60s from bands like ‘The Who,’ which continued to inspire me throughout the 70s, and witnessing the explosion of disco in the mid-70s with monumental tracks from groups like Abba, the Bee Gees, and artists such as Sylvester, I recognised early on the vital role that music and dance would play in my life.
I didn’t realise it at the time, but it held a significance that surpassed anything I could have imagined. While I also enjoyed rock bands like Rainbow, Deep Purple, the Sex Pistols, and many others in the 70s, they never quite struck the same chord when it came to dance. I was discovering my musical identity, and it was in the clubs of the 80s and 90s, as EDM began to take shape, that I found a music scene I was genuinely passionate about. I still reminisce about those days as the pinnacle of EDM with immense fondness, and many tracks from that era continue to feature in my sets today. However, I remain eagerly excited about the future and what is yet to unfold.
I've been a DJ for approximately 25 years, primarily spinning House and Techno melodic music for intimate crowds at private and corporate events. Recently, I've delved into Afro and Brazilian House tracks, captivated by their enchanting and dance-provoking rhythms and melodies.
Since joining the Pete Tong DJ Academy (PTDJA) in 2023, I have become part of a community of passionate artists, supported by some of the most acclaimed DJ talents in the world. My affiliation with the PTDJA has ignited my desire to enhance my professional abilities, creating performances that excite my audience and leave a memorable impression of what an event inspired by the renowned Ibiza club scene truly embodies.
With a wealth of club and music experiences gathered from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s to the present, I possess an extensive repertoire to draw from. Thus, I am confident in my ability to make your next event truly unforgettable!
